We offer refunds on eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date for product defects or errors on our part. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date for change of mind returns, but only for size exchanges.
Items for exchange must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
We do not accept exchanges for change of mind, except in the case of a size exchange.
